In Memoriam

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Tony's passing. We invite you to visit the gardens often and think of him, especially when his azalea 'Antonio's Smile' is in bloom.

Tony and his wife, Betty, dreamed of keeping the gardens open and available to all for generations to come. Thank you for making Tony's dream a reality. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Welcome to the Kinney Azalea Gardens

Our Mission Is Simple

"To educate the public about the value of their environment, honor nature, and appreciate beauty through

the lens of a garden setting, grounded in the belief that everyone has a right to access and enjoy nature."

"Nature is what we all desire, and nature is what we all need."

Come wander among the trees, listen to the birds, and feel the calm of nature all around you. Whether you’re stopping by for a quiet moment or planning to spend the day exploring, our gardens offer a peaceful and whimsical retreat for the soul.

Although our grounds are free to access, donations and membership are always appreciated

and help keep our gardens healthy and beautiful.
